Hello! My names Anona (Ona)

I am so thrilled to be coming back to Walnut Springs as Barn Manager. I was a staff member from Fall ‘14 - summer ‘16 and I’ve always told Heather that one day I would love to work here again and jumped at the opportunity!

I also work at a small animal veterinarian clinic, been there for 9 years.

I have my own farrier practice and have been in business for the last 7 years. Where I specialize in working with donkeys, arthritic/behavioral horse cases and rehabilitation trimming. As well as doing Equine Flexion Therapy bodywork.

In between that I have also spent the years working at several show and boarding barns as I just can’t help but love taking care of horses and mucking stalls.

To say horses are my life is an understatement, I am so excited to work at the facility that started my horse career and serve both you and your equine companions! It’s like coming home.

Looking forward to meeting you all as I get settled back in at Walnut Springs Stables!
